Prices  
  Legal work is billed at $195 per hour
Document copying/ mailing and Court Filings are billed at $100 per hour
Cost of printouts, copies, mailing, long distance, and binding/covering is included
     unless a 3rd party  charge of greater than $5.00 is incurred.
The client pays for witnesses at time of document signing.

The first hour of consultation for a new client is free. 

Fixed quotes are available upon request for simple Wills and simple Trusts.
All estate probate and estate administration work is billed on an actual time basis.

Approximate Price Ranges for new client work:
  Net worth a few hundred thousand or less
  Net worth under a million
  Net worth one to five million
  Net worth over five million

Invoices are sent monthly and are net 30 days.  1 percent per month will be added for past due over 90 days.
